How It Works

  1. Choose a Crew Coordinator. This is usually the warrior’s caregiver, a family member or close friend that will register for the new community.
  2. Register with My Care Crew. This simple and easy step allows the Crew Coordinator to create the private web site ready for immediate use.
  3. Get your crew involved. The Crew Coordinator adds the names and email addresses of each person who is interested in helping and becoming a part of the crew. Only these crew members will have access to login the private site.
  4. What’s needed? Using easy, built-in forms, the Crew Coordinator adds specific needs for meals, rides, shopping, etc. Crew Members are notified via email when new needs are posted.

After completing these four easy steps, the new online community is setup and ready to start providing help! Crew Members automatically receive a welcome email about the new community and login information. The group calendar will be available and crew members can decide what they would like and are able to assist with according to their individual schedules. The crew will know what to do and when to do it. Energy is spent helping, not scheduling.
